Month of Planning
This package is designed fro the DIY client who wishes to handover the production and final details leading up to their event.
- creation of detailed timeline and event space layouts
- halfway-to-the-day (on site at venue), plus unlimited email and phone support
- rehearsal management
- placement of personal items
- Abby Leu and her assistant on site for the day to ensure you enjoy your day (up to 10 hours included)
Partial Planning
The partial planning package is designed for the client who would like to do some of the planning but also wishes for guidance and to turn over before the big day.
- review of all vendor contracts
- review of and placing final rental order
- manage event set-up and tear-down
- pre-ceremony/ceremony management
- reception management
- Placement of personal items
- in addition to the above, 2 in-person consultations: kick-off meeting and halfway-to-the-day (on site at venue), plus unlimited email and phone support
- Abby Leu and her assistant on site for the day to ensure you enjoy your day (up to 12 hours included)
Full Service Event Planning & Design
Allow us to take the stress out of planning your wedding day and let us handle all the details. Lean on the team at ALP to assist in clarifying exactly what you want and making it happen. This package is ideal for the client who wishes to be a guest at their own event.
With full service event management
and design, we help you:

- create your wedding day mood board and color scheme
- creation and coordination of all design elements
- finalize vendors and handle management of details

- design gift bags for your wedding party and special out of town guests
- assist with production of signage, small and large design elements and placement

- timeline and floor plan creation and management assistance with rentals
- 4 in-person meetings and site visits
